1. Nature of Virtual Goods

• All products sold on this website are virtual digital assets used exclusively within the Roblox game "Steal a Brainrot".

• You are purchasing the service of acquiring and transferring these virtual items to your Roblox account. You do not own any intellectual property rights related to Roblox or the game creators.

2. Eligibility & Parental Consent

• By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have the explicit permission of a parent or legal guardian to use your payment method.

• Unauthorized use of a parent's credit card or PayPal account will not be ground for a refund, as stated in our Refund Policy.

3. Delivery Terms & Buyer Obligations

• To receive your purchased item, you are strictly required to follow our delivery process: contact us via our official TikTok link, provide your Order Number, and provide your correct Roblox Username.

• You must cooperate to meet our team at the in-game Trade Machine.

• We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the buyer providing an incorrect Roblox username, having privacy settings that block trades, or failing to message us on TikTok.

4. Account Safety & Roblox Rules

• We deliver all items safely using official in-game trading mechanisms. However, Brain Road Store is not responsible for any actions taken against your Roblox account (such as warnings, bans, or item rollbacks) by Roblox Corporation or the game developers. You engage in in-game trading at your own risk.

5. Fraud & Abuse

• We record video evidence of every single transaction and in-game trade. Any attempt to claim that an item was "not received" when video proof shows otherwise will be treated as fraud. We reserve the right to ban fraudulent users from our store permanently.
