Refunds & Returns Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and the fact that all transactions are completed in-game via the Roblox Trade Machine, all sales are final.

1. No Refunds or Exchanges

We do not offer refunds, chargebacks, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances once a purchase is made. By completing your order, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a virtual digital item and that no cash or product refunds will be issued.

2. Delivery & Proof of Transaction

As clearly stated across our website, to receive your product you must contact us on TikTok with your Order Number and Roblox Username.

• Every single in-game delivery is fully recorded and documented on video as proof of successful trade.

• If a customer refuses to follow the delivery steps, attempts to change their mind, or wants to "return" the item after the trade, a refund will NOT be possible.

3. Fraud Prevention

Any attempts at unauthorized chargebacks or opening fraudulent disputes via payment gateways will result in an immediate ban from our store, and the recorded video proof of the in-game delivery will be submitted to the payment provider.
