Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing Brain Road Store! Please read our delivery terms carefully before placing your order.

1. Digital Delivery Method

  • Since we sell virtual items for the Roblox game "Steal a Brainrot", there are no physical shipping fees or shipping addresses required.

  • All deliveries are strictly made in-game via the Trade Machine.

2. Buyer's Responsibility (How to start the delivery)

To successfully receive your item, you must:

  1. Contact us via our official TikTok link found at the bottom of our store.

  2. Send us a message with your Order Number and your Roblox Username.

  • Note: The delivery time frame begins ONLY after you have successfully sent us this information on TikTok.

3. 72-Hour Delivery Guarantee (Refund Rule)

  • Our standard delivery time is within 5 hours max.

  • However, if we fail to deliver your purchased Brainrot within 72 hours from the moment you provided your correct details on TikTok, you are entitled to a 100% full refund.

  • If a refund is issued under this 72-hour rule, the transaction will be cancelled, and the item will not be transferred.

4. Exceptions to the 72-Hour Rule

You will NOT be eligible for a refund if the delay is caused by the buyer. This includes:

  • Providing an incorrect Roblox username.

  • Having your Roblox privacy/trade settings turned off (blocking us from sending trades).

  • Failing to accept our friend request or failing to meet our team at the in-game Trade Machine.

  • Failing to message us on TikTok after buying.
